I accept returns, but will not be able to reimburse you for the initial or return shipping charges. Please keep in mind that colors vary slightly between computer screens! Please make contact with me in order to return items within 3 days of delivery.
I do NOT accept returns on custom items. Before mailing I will email you a picture of the item for your final approval. The sale is then final after you receive it unless it arrives damaged.
These coasters are made from tiles so they can break! If our coasters arrive to you broken or damaged please make contact before leaving feedback or filing a PayPal claim. We will work together to make sure that both parties are satisfied!
