Ever tried a vodka infused tomato? It's kind of like a Bloody Mary without the extra calories.
Delicious ...
Salty ...
Vodkay ...
Ok, I'm drunk.

Vodka Infused Tomatoes
Ingredients
Vodka
2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes
Fancy salts
Olives (optional)
Directions
1. Use a tooth pick to poke one tiny hole in each tomato. It's easiest to poke the hole right through the bottom where the stem was.
2. Place the tomatoes in a bowl or Tupperware container and completely cover with vodka (about 2 cups give or take). Refrigerate and let soak for 24 hours then pour the vodka into a container to save for later. Perfect for a Bloody Mary!
3. Serve your vodka infused tomatoes in a bowl with tooth picks and different dipping salts. I used traditional sea salt and truffle salt in the pictures above. I serve mine with olives as well. Yum!
